Thank you for visiting soflalegaldocprep.com (the “Website”) of South Florida Legal Doc Prep Services, LLC (“we” or “us”).

Consent to Terms and Conditions

Your use of this Website is subject to and governed by these Website Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”). They incorporate the separately posted Privacy Policy (as amended from time to time), as well as any modifications to these Terms issued by us, and all applicable laws and regulations other than as specifically provided in any separate formal agreement between you and us.

This policy is effective July 1, 2018. We will always publish any material changes to the privacy policy on this website. By your continued use of the website, you consent to the terms of the revised policy.

BY USING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.  Please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy as well so that you understand our policies.  If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use this Website.

No Legal Advice

South Florida Legal Doc Prep Services, LLC is not a law firm and is not acting as your attorney.  Please note that we only offer paralegal services to lawyers and NOT to the general public.  A legal document preparation service is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.

Please know, we cannot provide legal advice. We can only provide self-help services and advice at your specific direction.  We are also not permitted to engage in the practice of law.  Besides that, we are prohibited from providing any kind of advice, explanation, opinion, or recommendation to a consumer about possible legal rights, options, selection of forms or strategies.

This site is not intended to create an attorney-client relationship. And by using this site or our document preparation services, no attorney-client relationship will be created between us.  Instead, you are representing yourself in any legal matter you undertake.  As part of our document service, we also include a review of our answers for completeness, spelling, and grammar, as well as internal consistency of names, addresses and the like.

Although we review your documents for typographical errors and proofread your documents prior to delivery, you are ultimately responsible for correcting all errors in your documents.  As a matter of policy, we will also make corrections and also minor revisions at no additional charge.

At no time do we review our answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, and provide legal advice or apply the law to the facts of your particular situation.  This site and its services are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.

Site Using Policy

If you need legal advice for your specific problem, you should consult a licensed attorney in your area.  We are also not responsible for any loss, injury, claim, liability, errors and omissions, or damage related to your use of this site or any site linked to this site. In short, your use of the site and our services is at our own risk.

In some cases, we will provide you with a blank form as part of our document preparation packet.  For example, we prepare forms for dissolution of marriage, but we generally do not prepare the Family Law Financial Affidavit or a Child Support Guidelines Worksheet.  We also provide you with a blank form.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

South Florida Legal Doc Prep Services, LLC shall have the legal right at any time, without prior notice, to revise these Terms or impose new terms and conditions with respect to access to or use of the Website.  Such revisions and additions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof. They may be given by any means, including but not limited to posting the revised or additional terms and conditions on the Website.

Using our website and purchasing the services our company offers means that you are acting as a pro-se litigant representing yourself. Our business provides online virtual clerical services such as typing and procedural assistance. Initial payments or deposits on projects are non-refundable. Each project is a custom, and work begins as soon as your file is opened. Court rulings contrary to your wishes, or delays caused by the judicial system or with assistance in efiling are not grounds for a refund.

You should check these Terms periodically for any modifications or revisions. Continued use of the Website after we post changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
