DOC PREP SERVICES

While South Florida Legal Doc Prep, LLC has a variety of Services to choose from, we will continue to provide
Respect to each and every Individual and offer the utmost Confidentiality.

Four Step Process for Document Preparation:

 

STEP ONE:

A Florida Legal Document Preparer will contact you to get the details of
your case and schedule an interview at a convenient time for you.

STEP TWO:

After the Document Interview, we prepare your documents and then send them to you by secure e-mail for your approval.

STEP THREE:

Review and approve your documents. If there are any changes or additions to be made, we will make them for you and send the revisions instantly.

STEP FOUR:

Sign and file your documents with the Clerk of Court using our easy to
follow instructions. Documents can also be e-filed.

In general, South Florida Legal Doc Prep Services, LLC will send your completed documents to you via email within one week

from the time you provide the facts and information necessary to complete the documents.

 

Most of our Services are provided on a Flat Fee basis. Our fees do not include any Court Filing fees or Service of Process fees.

 

You may not be aware that Low-Income Individuals can apply to the Clerk of Court for Florida Civil Indigent Status. Based on the

Application, the Clerk determines whether the Applicant qualifies, and if so, Court Filing fees in addition to the $10 fee for the

Summons for Services of Process, and the the Service of Process for a Sheriff to deliver documents can also be Waived.

 

Florida Pro Se Litigants can e-file their Court Documents in all Counties and Circuits throughout the State.

However, if you need assistance, we can provide that as a service to you.
