South Florida Legal Doc Prep Services, LLC provides a personal, virtual legal document preparation service to those looking to represent themselves.

We offer our services strictly remotely so that we can be everywhere for everyone all over the entire State of Florida. Helping hundreds of customers from the convenience of their own home or office – in their own time – via email, phone, and internet.

Given the general consumers’ fast-paced lifestyle, coupled with today’s technology and desire to save on legal fees, it only makes sense that rather than meeting face-to-face in an office, we have become an increasingly mobile world where we can save on overhead and pass the cost benefits along to our customers.

Browse our services below and get in touch with us to discuss your needs. We prepare documents and forms for all courts across the State of Florida in many areas of law which encompasses the general public in their everyday lives. Initial payments or deposits on projects are non-refundable. Each project is a custom, and work begins as soon as your file is opened. Court rulings contrary to your wishes, or delays caused by the judicial system are not grounds for a refund.

In summary, we provide legal document preparation and court filing assistance to pro se individuals; and paralegal services for attorneys and law firms only.

Please note we have limitations to what we can do for the general consumer as a nonlawyer. You will be required to complete a disclosure form prior to starting any work.

How It Works:

  1. Call and Talk for Free. You can call or email us to discuss your needs. We’ll gather preliminary information and discuss with you about the services that we offer and how we can assist you. If we feel you need legal representation, we will be sure to either recommend an attorney or refer you to the Florida Bar who may be able to better assist you.

  1. Clarify the Details. Once the parameters are finalized, we will confirm the project deadline to ensure that it fits your legal schedule and any upcoming court dates. Delivery dates are approximate, but we strive to deliver every project ahead of schedule.

  1. Open Communication. As we work to prepare your legal papers, we will stay in touch with you to confirm details and ask clarifying questions. You will be well-informed from start to finish.

  1. Review and Revise. Every delivery includes your approval for any typos and and will be met with your final approval. We care deeply about the details, so we always require you review your documents upon delivery.
