follow instructions. Documents can also be e-filed.
In general, South Florida Legal Doc Prep Services, LLC will send your completed documents to you via email within one week
from the time you provide the facts and information necessary to complete the documents.
Most of our Services are provided on a Flat Fee basis. Our fees do not include any Court Filing fees or Service of Process fees.
You may not be aware that Low-Income Individuals can apply to the Clerk of Court for Florida Civil Indigent Status. Based on the
Application, the Clerk determines whether the Applicant qualifies, and if so, Court Filing fees in addition to the $10 fee for the
Summons for Services of Process, and the the Service of Process for a Sheriff to deliver documents can also be Waived.
Florida Pro Se Litigants can e-file their Court Documents in all Counties and Circuits throughout the State.
